Who are you? Brother Matthew Kieswetter.
What are you up to? One word: Dominating.
Hometown and current HQ: Both: Waterloo, Ontario
Current fixations: Simpsons Comics, Napalm Death, Seinfeld.
Mind altering work of art (not your own): Voivod's Nothingface and Phobos.
Most memorable/inspirational gig and why? Seeing King's X live in Toronto this summer. They are the greatest and most talented rock band on the planet.
What should everyone shut up about? "Love", in the sense that assembly line pop groups sing about.
Your greatest strength and weakness: Strength: My facial hair. Weakness: my biceps.
Your vital daily ritual: Reading the Bible, pray, listen to lots o' metal.
Guilty pleasure: Big Brother. It's a good thing it ended when it did.
If I wasn't playing music I would be: In a relationship.
Your most memorable day job: Selling apples at the world famous St. Jacobs Farmers' Market.
Best/worst advice received: Best: "Follow God above all else"--my parents. Worst: "Never change"--a popular highschool yearbook comment.
I would drop everything to play a benefit for: Cancer cure/treatment.
What makes you want to take it off and get it on? Double bass drumming and Julia Louis-Dreyfus.
What personal trait would make you kick someone out of your band? And have you? Lack of soul. As of yet, no.
When I think of Canada I think: SCTV!
Music and sex: Is there a difference? Why? Music is necessary, and in today's world, both music and sex are abused.
Strangest brush with celebrity: Snake from Degrassi High walked past me outside the King's X concert mentioned above, just after talking with Doug Pinnick.
What does your mom wish you were doing instead? Saving more money...
