Massive Attack Postpone North American "Mezzanine XXI" Tour

The group were set to play in Canada next week

Ahead taking their "Mezzanine XXI" tour to North America next week, Massive Attack have announced that their slate of live dates on the continent have been postponed.

A press release reveals that upcoming shows in Canada and the United States have been postponed due to illness and will be rescheduled for this fall. 

"The band are deeply sorry for any inconvenience and are looking forward to bringing the show to the USA and Canada soon," the press release reads.

The release notes that a full announcement concerning the rescheduled dates will be made on March 14. All current tickets will be valid for the new dates.

Massive Attack were slated to play Montreal's Place des Arts on March 11, ahead of a date at Toronto's Sony Centre on March 12. Earlier this month, they wrapped a run of shows throughout Europe and U.K.
