An early 2021 run of singles from Lil Berete has led to arrival of a new project. You can hear the Toronto artist's Icebreaker 2 mixtape in its entirety below.

Billed as a sequel to his 2018 debut Icebreaker, the eight-song Icebreaker 2 follows Lil Berete's 2019 release 1 Way Out.

Leading up to the release, the artist shared that Icebreaker 2 marks his first independent release, arriving today through his Southside to Northside collective.

"Been waiting my whole life to drop this," he wrote of Icebreaker 2 on Instagram. "For you guys that know me or you guys that don't know me, I was signed when I dropped my first 2 projects and now I'm independent, happily🤞🏿 I couldn't express how I felt on Icebreaker and didn't get to where I wanted to get to after it dropped. So it's only right I drop Icebreaker 2 — my first independent tape."

Continuing to take Regent Park to the world, Icebreaker 2 features team-ups with Detroit's Sada Baby, UK trap upstart Nafe Smallz, Unimerce and 2KBABY.
