Laila Biali's 2010 album, Tracing Light, earned the jazzy singer-pianist a Juno Award nomination, and she has since released Live in Concert. Soon, North American audiences will be able to hear her live set in person when she hits the road in the coming weeks.
Next month, Biali will play shows in Quebec City and New York. Then, in March, she will play a trio of Ontario cities: Ottawa, Markham and Hamilton. She will be performing alongside bassist George Koller and drummer Larnell Lewis. See the schedule below.
Along the way, the songwriter will road test some new material. She has reportedly been writing songs in Toronto, New York and Banff as of late.
