This trio of hard-rocking New Yorkers is out to prove they are more than a gimmick band. Decked out in full retro denim suits and mirrored cop shades, these guys could pass for all the stoners who used to spend too many days in the smoking area of your local high school and too many evenings listening to Led Zeppelin and Cheech & Chong albums with your older brother. But lucky for them, they have the musical skills to back up their gimmick. Spewing beer-soaked drop-tuned monster riff rock, I don't think a record has been so noisy and so much fun since Tad's 8-Way Santa. The question now is do they have enough material for another record?
