After months of speculation, things are looking a more official: Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are getting divorced, and Kim has officially filed the paperwork.
According to TMZ, Kim has officially filed for divorce after seven years of marriage to the rapper, producer and fashion magnate. The documents were filed by divorce attorney Laura Wasser and do not list an official separation date.
Apparently, the divorce is going rather amicably as Kim and Kanye have committed to co-parenting and their custody agreement. They're adhering to the prenuptial agreement they previously signed before marrying and are far along in the process of dividing their property.
The pair have publicly been on the rocks for months. Most recently, we knew things were officially coming to an end when Kanye moved 500 pairs of sneakers out of their Calabasas mansion.
This marks the first divorce for Kanye and third for Kim.
