Fuzzy garage rock duo the Kills have had us on edge while we await Blood Pressures, their first album in three years. The record isn't due until April 5 via Domino, but the album's lead single -- the heavy, swampy "Satellite" -- was available in Click Hear last month. Now, we're happy to reveal the music video for the song as well.
The clip was directed by music video luminary Sophie Muller, who has worked with everyone from Blur and Kings of Leon to Annie Lennox and the Eurythmics. Her years of experience definitely shine through in the high-budget video, but the visuals are well-suited to the Kills' grimy sound, as the duo of Alison Mosshart and James Hince embark on a seemingly fun-filled road trip with vaguely sinister undertones.
Check out the Kills' video for "Satellite" below.
