Canadian zombie punks Kill Matilda have been keeping busy, touring in support of their last EP Punk, Zombie, Rock'n'Roll. But now, the spooky noise makers are back with a brand new video for "Needle and Thread," and Exclaim! has got the exclusive premiere.
The band recently inked a deal Kentucky-based label Little Heart Records, which will be releasing Kill Matilda's next album, Songs of Survival, in August. "Needle and Thread" is the first sampling of that record, and it's a raucous, high-energy punk jam that hears Dusty Exner displaying her vocal range from melodic falsetto runs to snarling growls.
The video itself sees the group performing in an abandoned, graffiti-splattered warehouse, though there's also a subplot featuring some totally creepy plastic dolls. Give it a watch in the player below.
