Bush parties, group-think, and a sense of belonging are just a few things explored in the latest video from Toronto dance music trio Keys N Krates. The perspectives-shifting visuals for Midnite Mass track "U Already Know" are streaming now.
A synopsis of the video, directed by Adam Beck and Paul Johnston, explains that "the video portrays a seemingly innocent commune of young eccentrics living in the outskirts of society." Up front, they wake up in their remote cabin, and spend the morning painting their faces and sipping on some sort of conscience-expanding broth.
The face-painted posse head outside to dance by a bonfire, but a special investigation team that's apparently been sniffing out the "family" for a while have plans to quash the good vibes. There's a fair share of intrigue, as the lines between "good" and "bad" blur by the end of the video.
