Mind altering work of art (not your own): Freedom from the known - J.Krishnamurti

Most memorable/inspirational gig and why?
1984 - The Dead Kennedys... I didn't sleep. I formed my first band that very night. 1992 - The Orb...The music inspired me to spin vinyl.

What should everyone shut up about?
Who am I to say?

Your greatest strength and weakness:
Non-judgemental.

Your vital daily ritual:
Play.

Guilty pleasure:
Guilt is boring.

If I wasn't playing music I would be: An Astronaut or Martial Arts instructor.

Your most memorable day job:
Managing a video arcade when I was 17. It was the shit.

Best/worst advice received:
Best- Know yourself.

I would drop everything to play a benefit for: Kids and/or persons with AIDS.

What makes you want to take it off and get it on? Music, lighting and smart, funny, strong, sensual women.

What personal trait would make you kick someone out of your band? And have you?
Dishonesty... Integrity is paramount in music and in bed.

When I think of Canada I think:
Hockey and political complacency.

Music and sex: Is there a difference? Why?
Of course, but it's the similarities that I love... Rhythm, tension and energy... Yum.

Strangest brush with celebrity:
In 1990, Jello Biafra was beside me at a urinal... I had wanted to meet him since 1983 and here he was... sorta... It was awkward and hilarious.

What does your mom wish you were doing instead? I checked and I'm all good.
