What this Toronto-based post-punk quartet lacks in years and experience they more than make up for in creativity and sheer determination. This four-track EP comes a scant five months after the band's formation, but is as tight and well-conceived as anything released by bands with three times as much time under their belts. Musically, the band sits somewhere between Grade's brand of shrieking, melodic, metallic screamo and At the Drive-In's sharp, progressive, angular rhythms and chord structures, with a healthy dose of Fugazi grooves thrown in for flavour.
