The 2021 Juno Awards ceremony is shaping up to be one hell of an extravagant evening. Earlier this month, we learned that Feist would be joining the Tragically Hip for a live performance at the awards show, and now, homegrown mega-popster Justin Bieber has joined the growing roster of performing artists.
Bieber's 2021 performance will mark his first for the awards show since 2010. The artist is up for five awards for this year, including Artist of the Year, as well as Pop Album of the Year and Album of the Year for his 2020 album, Changes. Over the years, he has been nominated for 27 Junos, taking home seven in recognition of Purpose and My World, among others.
In addition to Bieber, the Hip and Feist's performances, Canadian songwriting legend Jann Arden will perform during this year's 50th annual Junos. Arden will livestream her performance from Calgary's Studio Bell.
The television broadcast for the 2021 Juno Awards will go live nationwide from Toronto on June 6 at 8 p.m. ET, while livestreams of the ceremony will be available through CBC Music's TikTok, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube pages.
