Spending New Year's Eve completely alone.

Mind altering work of art (not your own): Still working on P.D. Ouspensky's the Fourth Way.

Most memorable/inspirational gig and why? 20 years ago I saw Bruce Springsteen play at MLG for something like 3 or 4 hours... Talk about bang for the buck.

What should everyone shut up about?
The weather. Hello... It's Canada kids!

Your greatest strength and weakness:
Nurturing / anger.

Your vital daily ritual: The Globe and Mail... Turkish Dates... Yoga.

Guilty pleasure: Robert Downey Jr.

If I wasn't playing music I would be:
I would love to be playing music... but I only play records.

Your most memorable day job: Poll clerk at an election when the nuns came in to vote!

Best/worst advice received:
Best: RELAX. Worst: try dim sum.

I would drop everything to play a benefit for: The Mike Harris Relocation Project.

What makes you want to take it off and get it on? Someone talking gently in my ear.

What personal trait would make you kick someone out of your band? And have you? Selfishness... yup.

When I think of Canada I think:
The smell of orange peels in a bus shelter in December.

Music and sex: Is there a difference? Why? Yes... Sometimes music is better enjoyed alone.

Strangest brush with celebrity:
Seeing Jim Carrey sing in the early '80s at the Cafe on the Park in Toronto.

What does your mom wish you were doing instead? My mom very recently passed away but I'm sure she wishes I was at a cocktail party right now.
