We're just under a month away before Brooklynite Joey Bada$$ drops off his long-awaited full-length LP, B4.Da.$$, but the Pro Era spitter's pre-release promo run ahead of its due date is still going strong. Perhaps fittingly, the latest preview from the platter is a tune called "On & On."
The track, thriving off a glossy arrangement of '90s beats and top-shelf electric piano, was strung together by Freddie Joachim. UK artist Maverick Sabre sings the hook, while fellow Beast Coast MC Dyemond Lewis adds a verse about breaking through to better days, but it's Bada$$ who takes centre stage as he rifles off bars about drinking for today since we never know what'll happen tomorrow. Time doesn't stand still, so the rapper will keep going on and on.
B4.DA.$$ will be released January 20 via Cinematic Music Group/Pro Era.
