Rapper <a target="_blank" href="https://twitter.com/JColeNC">J. Cole</a> took his <a target="_blank" href="http://exclaim.ca/Reviews/HipHop/j_cole-born_sinner">Born Sinner</a> single <a href="http://exclaim.ca/MusicVideo/ClickHear/j_cole-crooked_smile_ft_tlc">"Crooked Smile"</a> to the Late Show with David Letterman for a dynamic performance. 

Joined by a dynamic backing band, including a small string section and two excellent vocalists, Cole offered up a high-energy take on the song.
