Imagine Dragons have finally announced their new album, and there's nothing you can do about it. The record is called Mercury - Act 1, and it will officially arrive on September 3 via KIDinaKORNER/Interscope Records.
The band confirmed the news with a simple Instagram post, which features the album cover. On Friday (July 2), Imagine Dragons are also supposed to release the new track "Wrecked."
Mercury - Act 1 will mark the fifth studio album by Imagine Dragons, and it was executive produced by Rick Rubin. According to the band, the record "explores themes such as love, faith, pain, passion and loss."
In addition to "Wrecked," the record will feature recent singles "Follow You" and "Cutthroat."
