The Horrors

This rumpus from London, England is stirred up by four youngins who look like My Chemical Romance’s British art school cousins. Newly signed to Loog Records, the band’s debut single sounds like the Birthday Party playing the Sonics’ "The Witch” while being devoured by vampires. Their perfectly coiffed mops and black & white panache may cry of "stylist-in-training’s school project,” but the tune is certainly depraved enough to unite punks and goths.
