At the height of chick rock popularity (i.e. Lilith Fair), the public has yet not grasped the excellence of riot grrrl intensity. In guitar strums, scratchy rich vocals and meaningful thought-provoking lyrics, this melodramatic band has the Seattle sound of Bikini Kill, not Courtney Love. A few more bucks in their pocket for more instrument practice time and better label representation and they will be set.
