This spring, Hedley frontman Jacob Hoggard was once again charged with sexual assault while on trial for two other incidents of sexual assault. Now, having been found guilty on one count of sexual assault causing bodily harm, he'll be back in court for the next trial.
Hoggard is heading to court today in Kirkland Lake in northeastern Ontario, the Canadian Press reports. He is facing one charge of sexual assault causing bodily harm, this time over an incident alleged to have occurred on June 25, 2016.
Hoggard is still awaiting sentencing for his prior sexual assault case, which is set for October 6.
