Former One Direction star Harry Styles has announced his sophomore solo album. Fine Line will arrive on December 13 via Columbia.

The record marks the follow-up to 2017's self-titled debut. A full tracklisting has not yet been revealed, but the album will feature Styles's recent single "Lights Up." Listen to that below.

Fine Line was recorded over six weeks at Rick Rubin's Shangri-La studios in Malibu, CA, with producers Tyler Johnson and Jeff Bhasker. During the making of the record, Styles admits that he experimented with psychedelic drugs.

"We'd do mushrooms, lie down on the grass, and listen to Paul McCartney's Ram in the sunshine," he recently told Rolling Stone. "We'd just turn the speakers into the yard."

In the same profile, Styles described the new album as "all about having sex and feeling sad."

Styles will bring his new music to Saturday Night Live later this month. He will take on the role of both host and musical guest on November 16.
