The past couple of weeks have found Hamilton Leithauser + Rostam sneaking out a few previews from their forthcoming collaborative debut, I Had a Dream That You Were Mine. A generations-pleasing music video for the record's first single "A 1000 Times" has now been released.
The video first finds a woman cueing up the cut on her portable tape player and mouthing along to the words as she cuts across New York City streets. We're then brought into a gymnasium, where a pint-sized Leithauser lookalike with braces begins to sing the tune. As the video progresses, we also find the real-deal Hammy crooning his balls off beneath a basketball hoop. His father also takes a crack at lip-syncing the track.
You can see the multi-generational singalong down below, while Hamilton Leithauser + Rostam's album arrives September 23 via Glassnote.
