What is ostensibly between-album filler actually turns out to be not a bad release. With three new songs that show the hardcore veterans heading in a slightly poppier direction and two live tracks that capture the band in its element, it's not only not a bad way to fill the gap but it also showcases a band that could be on the verge of breaking out huge (uh-oh, could this be the beginning of the end?). Also thrown in for good measure is a Quicktime version of the "Role Model" video.
