Thick with guitar distortion and kit-wrecking tom-tom damage, the song first has vocalist Jonathan Vigil screaming about pushing past a person's bad vibes and lies. The song kicks things up a notch with supersonic snare cracks, while the band plow through a barrage of barre chords and lyrics about persevering through personal pain and breaking free of the proverbial chains shackling us to normalcy.
