First up, Exclaim! cover artists PS I Love You are back with their latest release, Death Dreams, the follow-up to their break-through debut, Meet Me at the Muster Station. With the new album, the Kingston, ON duo defy the sophomore curse with improved songwriting and cleaner production.

Meanwhile, Blinker the Star return after nine album-less years with We Draw Lines, and Seattle's Keyboard Kid 206 makes his solo debut on the five-song EP, The Transition, while Jimmy Edgar channels futuristic themes on his newest album, Majenta.

And lastly, Cattle Decapitation deliver one of their most satisfying efforts to date on their fifth album, Monolith of Inhumanity, earning the Exclaim! Mark of Excellence. And Bigg Jus's Machines That Make Civilization Fun offers 13 tracks of sophisticated and thought-provoking hip-hop.
