Page one: start where the Number One Cup album Wrecked By Lions left off (sorry no guarantees on the spine tingling). Page two: If you've read Hemingway's Death in the Afternoon, you've been jealous of conquistadors and longed for an afternoon of fly fishing soaked in red wine. So does this minor epic, where the guitars do the longing while our heroic song-man leaves us for Spain. Page three: we are found leaning towards classic Pond, or maybe a Pedro the Lion without the sedatives. Page four: autonomy, the guitars pick off each other, the 100 percent down-feather-lined keys float soft and warm; our song-man has returned, he's at your station. Looking forward to the whole story by these Aussie gents.
