The third album from freaks Justin Harris and Luke Solomon is a serious attempt to produce house music that will be relevant to today's target market: people that used to listen to house music. To do this, they've made a dramatic effort to abolish the repetitive and monotonous elements that are now the hallmark of house music's international brands and replace them with quirky one-off elements, like the unusual vocal samples ("your battery is running low") on "Telefunken" (can you feel the German funk?) and the spin cycle samples on "The Washing Machine." Things get really weird on "Psycho Delia" when a Cruella De Ville type character appears to frighten people with her scary voice and empty threats. Bizarre.
