Taking place July 21 to 24 in Baie-Saint-Paul, QC, Le Festif! is back in full-swing for 2022. The festival is prepared to welcome approximately 90 acts from all over the world to its 25 stages — including the Exclaim! Priest's Garage.

The Priest's Garage is a time-honoured venue at the fest. You may or may not know this, but the titular priest is a big fan of rock 'n' roll, which you'll see reflected in the raw, raucous artists teed up to perform.

In addition to headlining sets from Death from Above 1979, L'Impératrice and Polo & Pan on the mainstage, the Exclaim!-sponsored stage will host free performances from psych rockers Frankie and the Witch Fingers, retro garage rock duo Mattiel, blues revivalists Daddy Long Legs, Denmark's the Courettes, 12-member Swiss force Orchestre Tout Puissant Marcel Duchamp, California fuzz rockers the Schizophonics and Quebec's very own purveyors of "Fastslowblastblackthrash," Beholder.

Elsewhere on this year's lineup are fellow homegrown acts the Halluci Nation, Le Ren, Julie Doiron, Lisa LeBlanc, Hubert Lenoir, Bran Van 3000, Les Louanges, Pierre Kwenders, DijahSB, P'tit Belliveau, Basia Bulat, Laura Niquay, Martha Wainwright, Mike Shabb, Naya Ali, Le Couleur and Ouri.
