The Folk are a six-piece with a curio cabinet of eccentric sounds at their disposal; their collection of alternative rock tunes contains traces of psychedelia, jangly pop and soul. The Guelph, ON ensemble revealed their first LP, We All Say, in 2014, and the ensuing album, Every Colour, Present Wonder followed this year on September 18. The Folk will host the record release party at Toronto's Silver Dollar Room on September 26 as part of the supporting 12-stop Canadian tour. Before they hit the road, the artists previewed some of their new songs in a session for Exclaim! TV.
