A few years ago, Swedish folk sisters First Aid Kit released a single through Jack White's Third Man Records. Now, they've covered one of the label boss's solo tunes by performing "Love Interruption" for Australian radio station Triple J.
Appearing on the acoustic covers segment Like a Version, the flower crown-wearing First Aid Kit are joined by a couple of backing players for their version of the folksy, bitter breakup ballad. It's not too much of a departure from White's original, although the percussion gives this rendition more of an upbeat folk gallop.
Watch the footage below. The clip begins with a brief a cappella rendition of Tenacious D's "Tribute" (making this a tribute to the tribute to the greatest song in the world).
