Fanshaw's Dark Eyes is now almost a year old, as Mint Records originally released it in digital and CD formats back in February. Now, the record will be getting vinyl release (with remastering done by Bob Weston) and Mint's upcoming Christmas party will act as a LP release party. To go along with the vinyl release, the Vancouver songstress has released a video for her song "Strong Hips."
It shows the former Choir Practice member performing the track in a dimly lit room, backed by members of Shane Turner Overdrive and the Shilohs. It's also a track we wouldn't mind hearing live.
But we're sure we'll get that chance at Mint Records' Ridiculously Early Mint Records Xmas Party when it takes place on December 3 at the Biltmore Cabaret in Vancouver.
