Back in the summer, we learned that Fall Out Boy had teamed up with Ryan Adams for a punk-flavoured studio session. At the time, it wasn't clear how or when the material would be released, but Fall Out Boy have now officially announced plans to drop Pax•Am Days this fall.

The mini-album includes eight songs produced by Ryan Adams. These will be released digitally on October 15. That same day, the band's 2013 album Save Rock and Roll will be out in a special two-CD edition that includes Pax•Am Days. Finally, Pax•Am Days will receive a stand-alone vinyl release on Record Store Day's Black Friday event on November 29.

The band previously said that they recorded the material in just two days at Adams' studio in Los Angeles.

Pax•Am Days:

1. We Were Doomed from the Start (The King Is Dead)
2. Art of Keeping Up Disappearances
3. Hot to the Touch, Cold on the Inside
4. Love, Sex, Death
5. Eternal Summer
6. Demigods
7. American Made
8. Caffeine Cold
