Sylvia” is the typical rock radio friendly tune with louder choruses and soft bits swirling around it, kinda like cinnamon topping on a coffee. A caffeinated bright spot is “Snake Song,” which stands out because Mandell has been able to create the feeling that the song was recorded in an outdoor Middle Eastern cafe.
