Like Cheap Trick releasing the complete Live at Budokan concert years after the original release, this 1988 live-to-DAT recording captured at Raji's in Hollywood is finally being released in its entirety with the full set and between-song banter that was shaved down to fit on one disc in 1989 put back in and expanded to two discs. The set finds Steve Wynn's guitar rock juggernaut in peak mid-’80s form sounding raw and vital and proves why, along with Soul Asylum and the Replacements, the Dream Syndicate were crucial in redefining alternative rock. Featuring material from their Medicine Show, Out of the Grey and Ghost Stories albums, this live recording as a testament to one America's most unsung bands.
