German producer Stefan Kozalla broke through with his excellent DJ Koze LP Amygdala earlier this year. His next project is less traditional, however, as the artist is soundtracking a German play that takes place in a moving car.
Koze announced the project on Facebook, saying, "I made a Soundtrack containing some unreleased Music from me for a new play from the Schauspielhaus Stuttgart. The play takes place in a car! It's only for an audience of 3 Passengers per night — very special."
The piece is called Autostück, and apparently plays out like a Lynchian road movie. If you'd like to learn more about it, and happen to be fluent in German, you can read more on the theatre company's official site.
Here's hoping the play makes its way to Canada, distracted driver laws be damned.
