Dipset Reform for North American Tour

BY Alex HudsonPublished Feb 12, 2015

Dipset were active in the late '90s and early 2000s, but they went on hiatus and haven't released an album in more than a decade. Fast-forwarding to the present, there has been a smattering of recent activity, and now the group also known as the Diplomats have announced a North American tour.

Dipset features Cam'ron, Jim Jones, Juelz Santana and Freekey Zekey. They currently have seven shows fully confirmed, all of them in the U.S., but an image on their website (see above) lists 20 additional cities where they will be performing. Although dates and venues haven't been confirmed, this list includes Canadian stops in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver.

The image suggests that Funkmaster Flex will be on board for these dates. See the schedule as it currently exists below.

Dispet have been promising a new release for some time now. They rolled out a track called "Have My Money" earlier this year, and reports have variously indicated that they have a mixtape or an EP on the way. They've played some reunion gigs in recent years.
