Toronto electronic pop artist Digits is gearing up for the February 18 release of his Shake Your Body Down mixtape on Pleasence Records, and he has shared the cut "Sin Delays" ahead of time.
This track is a collaboration with shadowy sibling trio Doomsquad. It begins as a mellow, synth-washed tune, but things begin to take a dark turn with the entrance of echoing guitars partway through. The second half then morphs into an urgent arpeggiator jam, with the whole thing clocking it as over six minutes.
Digits will perform in Montreal on February 22 at New Drones Club, in Kingston on February 23 at Artel, and in Toronto on February 28 at Encore Studios.
