Department of Eagles have made their song, "Brightest Minds," available to stream. The track is off of their collection of lost recordings, Archive 2003-2006, out July 20 via American Dust. The album consists of material that the duo of Grizzly Bear's Daniel Rossen and former college roommate Fred Nicolaus recorded before 2008's In Ear Park.
