A blend of Misfits shtick with music that falls somewhere between the Cramps and the B52's marks the debut of Portland's Deadlines. Clad in black suits like the ones people are buried in, these guys deserve some credit for trying to add something a little different, even if it is derivative. And if the idea of a Christian band dressing up like ghouls disturbs you, don't worry, there's a song criticising pro-choice vegans.
