Well, the wait is over. After gradually revealing information about a possible title and release date and then leaking a single, the Dead Weather have finally confirmed the album title and release date, as well as a tracklist.
According to the band's official website, the group's sophomore album, titled Sea of Cowards, is officially due May 11 in North America from Third Man/Warner.
The record will be preceded by the first and already-leaked single "Die By the Drop," which will be available digitally March 30 and on seven-inch April 6. The single, which is available for pre-order March 30, will be backed by "Old Mary." The Floria Sigismondi-directed video for "Die By The Drop" will get its official premiere in North America on iTunes on April 6.
