A quiet festival season has left Jack White and his Third Man Records crew ample time to clean out the storage vaults and hidden closets at label headquarters, and they're now putting some of their seriously sweet finds up for auction.
White and the label have collected guitars, amplifiers, personal items, stage equipment and other one-of-a-kind items, all of which will be auctioned off from August 26 at 10 a.m. ET through August 30 at 9 p.m. ET.
Items up for grabs include guitars from White's personal collection, as well as gear from the White Stripes, Dead Weather and Raconteurs. There are stage sets, effects pedals, furniture, a vintage pantyhose dispenser (seen above), various light fixtures (yes, really) and even a few bicycles.
A portion of auction proceeds will go to benefit the John Peel Centre, Gideon's Army and the Detroit Phoenix Center. All items will come included with a Third Man Records certificate of authenticity. You can look at the complete lot of items here.
Last month, Third Man gave an unreleased Johnny Cash concert recording their Vault package treatment.
