This album is supposed to be funny, so it's not fair to trash it, and I'll try and get into the swing of things. True, it can be fun to hear trumpets bursting forth in triumphant flourish after some ungodly electro-scuz. Everybody has nostalgia for Speak & Spell blips and bleeps and it's good that people sing silly lyrics. Yes, this is pretty fine stuff, with much rhythm and sound and fine beats interspersed with aggravating noise, graciously assisted by Blectum from Blechdom, Matmos, Kid 606 and Felix Kubin, but you have to be in the mood.
