Vancouver Island rock group Current Swell have announced plans for a hefty North American tour, including plenty of Canadian stops. To celebrate the trek, they've also shared a new single.
"High Life" was produced by Colin Stewart and Current Swell, and serves as the lead single for the band's full-length follow-up to their When to Talk and When to Listen LP, which is due this fall.
The band's tour includes stops throughout British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatoon, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec.
"Really looking forward to this tour, little bit of a new band and a little bit of an old band," the band's Scott Stanton said in a statement. "A lot of new songs and a lot of the old classics. Playing some familiar venues and some brand-new ones. It's the past, present and future tour."
