Next week, Colin Stetson drops his New History Warfare Vol. 3: To See More Light, but the sax master is whetting our whistles just ahead of schedule with a watery clip for album track "Among the Sef."
The first half of the vid features tranquil ocean-scapes being navigated by a pod of wave-riding orcas, though we later see this juxtaposed by an un-submerged gang of humans hanging out on nearby cliffs. The apex of the ambient track finds a geyser gushing heavenwards as Stetson's soundtrack delivers senses-flooding horn arpeggios, key clacks and distant, melancholy moans.
You can soak it all in down below.
