Joe Strummer died in 2002, meaning that a proper reunion from the Clash is impossible, but fans of the legendary punk group can revisit their legacy with some newly released footage of them playing "Safe European Home."
The clip dates back to a 1980 concert in Detroit. The footage is rather rough around the edges, having been shot on Super 8 film, but it nevertheless shows the band giving the track from 1978's Give 'Em Enough Rope a ferocious run-though.
