Ciara

"Echo"

If Beyoncé thought she was somethin' special for her flop of a concept album, I Am... Sasha Fierce, well, it appears her thunder will soon be stolen. Though it's still a couple months away, Ciara is set to dethrone Mrs. Carter with her highly anticipated triple-disc concept album titled Fantasy Ride, which is due May 19 through Jive. Each disc will have its own theme: Groove City is the slow jams, Crunktown is, well, the crunk, and Kingdom of Dance is a selection of "up-tempo house and freestyle cuts."

While three singles have already been released to radio - "Go Girl" featuring T-Pain, "Never Ever" featuring Young Jeezy and "Love Sex Magic" featuring Justin Timberlake - my money's on "Echo," which has yet to be confirmed as a single. It's already a certified hit, however, with its jarring beat, repetitive titular hook, sugary call outs and the best use of Knight Rider's theme since Busta's "Fire It Up." If there's any justice, we can expect some Rihanna-sized success for Ms. Harris come summertime.
