Chromeo Share New Coronavirus-Themed Tune "Clorox Wipe"

Millions of people are trying to come up with ways to survive COVID-19-induced isolation, but the boys of Chromeo are spending their time the same way they always have: By making funky jams about mundane parts of life. Case in point — the duo have shared a new coronavirus-themed tune called "Clorox Wipe."The track hits all of Chromeo's sonic signifiers including chintzy synths, lovelorn rhymes, Dave 1's funk guitar and P-Thugg's talkbox. Standout lyrics include "If I could reincarnate tonight, I would be your Clorox wipe. 'Cause I know in this climate, you might finally want me in your life" and "I would have a purpose, I'll be at your service, let me wipe your surface, 'cause that don't make me nervous."
Dave 1 kicks off the clip by calling the tune "Corona-jam No. 1," so hopefully the pair follow through on their promise of more topical tunes.
