Carson Coles Sticky features enough bare-chested male bravado to send reasonable folks fleeing for the wholesomeness of Sunday morning television. "Buttah sounds similar to a de-fanged Rob Zombie with his batteries running dangerously low, while the intro to "Sticky proves that flanger effects pedals are a very bad idea unless you are the Cure. "Dance with Me is easily the most perplexing tune, a hybrid of ridiculously upbeat dance music and gruff, raunchy vocals; if its a joke, the punch line is sorely missing. "Fryday resembles elderly men attempting to nip at the cash-laden heels of Sum 41, while other moments on the disc supply traces of Southern rock and contemporary country. In certain instances, musical diversity is a truly bewildering and disturbing matter.
