Cardi B knows a thing or two about twerking, but she's not afraid to get political either. The Invasion of Privacy rapper took to Instagram yesterday (January 16) to call out U.S. President Donald Trump's ongoing government shutdown.
She criticized the Hamberdler for forcing federal workers back to their jobs without pay, "all for a fucking wall."
Cardi went on to defend Barack Obama's 17-day shutdown in 2013, arguing that healthcare was a worthwhile cause — "So your grandma could check her blood pressure and y'all bitches could go check y'all pussy at the gynecologist without no motherfucking problem."
She added that the country is currently "in a hellhole" and urged followers to take it seriously and to take some action.
"Bitch, I'm scared," she concluded. "This is crazy and I really feel bad for these people that gotta go to fucking work to not get motherfucking paid."
Cardi previously hinted at her anti-Trump feelings last year during her co-hosting stint on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
