In the Canadian tradition of Shadowy Men and Huevos Rancheros, this is an instrumental outfit (although with one more guitarist than either of those two trios) that tries to keep everything around the two-minute mark, with enough subtle changes to make everything interesting and avoid the formulaic. This is their first CD, after three cassettes and two seven-inches over the past eight years, and their longevity and accumulated wisdom show through on the album's quality.
