Last week, Beyoncé shared her Big Freedia and Robin S.-sampling new single "BREAK MY SOUL," the first taste of her highly (highly!) anticipated new album RENAISSANCE.
And now, she's revealed the official artwork for what she's called act i RENAISSANCE — all artwork up to this point, including that on the immediately sold-out RENAISSANCE box set, was a simple black stand-in — and it features Bey on a glowing horse, which appears to be made of tiny disco ball mirrors.
After her disco-inspired British Vogue spread, the cover art is another nod to the iconic Studio 54, where Bianca Jagger once rode a white horse around the dance floor.
RENAISSANCE is arriving July 29. It's unclear whether act ii is dropping alongside it or at a later date, but time will tell.
See Beyoncé's tweet sharing the artwork below. There's a link to her website included in the tweet, but the link is either genuinely broken or the page is overloaded with visits, as it simply says "this page is not a thing."
You can also see an Instagram post sharing the artwork that includes a statement about the album from Beyoncé.
